This Web site is designed for cupcake-lovers, the casual baker, kids, busy moms, or anyone who wants to bring cool cupcakes to a birthday party, shower, holiday or other special event. I’ll even show you cupcake cakes!

Have you run out of cupcake decorating ideas? Don’t worry; I haven’t! Watch this site for at least two new cupcakes posted each week, and even more than that during holiday seasons such as Halloween, Christmas and Easter. Best of all, each post has a photo, so no more guesswork! Of course, feel free to put your own spin on these designs.

While all of the cupcakes you’ll see are easily made using boxed cake mixes and canned frosting, EasyCupcakes.com also offers a variety of from-scratch cupcake recipes as well as frosting recipes. You can go simple, or you can go all out; it’s your choice.

Even though I often prefer to take the “easy way out” when it comes to baking and decorating cupcakes, I appreciate a good gourmet cupcake when I see (or taste) one. So, please watch this site for reviews of cupcake books as well as cupcake shops by my cupcake reporters in the “field.”
